1.What’s the difference between your “Exclusive” and “Non-Exclusive” beats?
PhloEntertainment.com has provisions to distribute two types of license rights, “Exclusive” and “Non-Exclusive”. A beat designated as “Exclusive” is licensed (sold) to only one person, entity, or company by PhloEntertainment.com. “Exclusive” rights are grant on a “work for hire basis. Upon purchase, the buy acquires all rights to the work as if the buyer had created the work his/herself and become the sole owner of the work according to the terms listed in the PhloEntertainment.com “Terms and Conditions” policies.
“Non-Exclusive” beats can be licensed (sold) to multiple people, entities or companies multiple times. “Non-Exclusive” licenses are granted to allow the purchaser to make one derivative of the work and provides for one commercial use of the work derived thereof. Buyer should list the producer, author, or seller with production credit for this work.
2.How do I get my beats after purchase?
A download page link is given to you after purchasing a beat.
3.How do I obtain proof that I purchased the beat?
An email will be sent to verifying your order.
4.How do I get a refund?
Because the nature of the product, PhloEntertainment.com cannot make provisions for refunds but will abide by and uphold stated “Terms and Conditions of Use”.
5.How do I post a beat?
Click "Music" tab and then click "My Music Store" tab. Beats and music have to be in mp3 format to uload to your profile.
6.What type of accounts are available?
Free (Post 5 Beats)
Gold (Post 10 Beats) One time fee of $9.99
Vip (Unlimited Post) One time fee $19.99
7.Do you charge commission?
Our stardard commission is 20% of each sale.
8.Can I post beats that contain samples?
Yes, you may post beats that contain samples in it. If you did not make the sample yourself or you do not have legal rights to use the sample, you must obtain those rights from the publisher and provided proof before selling the beat. As listed in the Terms and Conditions of Use, PhloEntertainment.com is not responsible for the sale of material containing unauthorized samples without the expressed written consent from the copyright holder.
9.Can I have more than one account?
Yes
10.Can I sell exclusive beats again?
No. Once an exclsuive track is sold phloentertainment.com will removed that beat from the site according to the license rights granted to the buyer through the complete transfer of ownership of that beat. (Assuming seller has full rights and authority to sell the beat according to the guidelines noted in PhloEntertainment.com T.O.S.)
11.So how and when do I get paid?
Payment Disbursement Schedule - Effective November 1st 2007
Example: If you make a total of $300 in beat sales during the month of January 2008, payments are verified and cleared the following month. You should receive payment via your Paypal account after all payments have been cleared for January 2008.

Month 2
Payments checked and verified against fraudulent transactions and or refunds.
Month 3
1st-5th: Payments Disbursed For Beat Sales From Month 1

You can cancel your account and all beats will be taken down from site.
